Originating from the historic streets of Korça, Albania, Samir Mane's ambition and foresight propelled him to Vienna, Austria, setting the stage for a remarkable business journey. In 1993, identifying a gap in the Albanian market, he launched a venture in electronic products and home appliances. This initial foray marked the birth of Albatrade, which would evolve into the cornerstone of the BALFIN Group. His astute leadership and strategic vision transformed BALFIN Group into a multinational powerhouse, operating in 10 countries and overseeing over 50 companies. By 2022, the group's total assets had soared to an impressive €2.1 billion, a testament to his business acumen and dedication to growth.

 

His career is distinguished by innovative expansion and diversification. The founding of Alba Trade in Austria and the strategic move into real estate with Mane TCI (later BALFIN Construction) in 2002 highlight his ability to navigate and lead in various business sectors. His success in these ventures demonstrates his versatility as an entrepreneur and his knack for seizing market opportunities.

Honors such as the "High Honor Decorate for Services to the Republic of Austria" in 2019, and the "For Special Civil Merits" from the President of the Republic of Albania in 2016 are a testament to his impact and influence.
